A 4’5” - 5’ 6” anthropomorphic doll based on Tectocoris diophthalmus aka. hibiscus harlequin bug. Created to draw viewers into the beauty of such a small creature but in a way that can spark curiosity.

Constructed using 3D modeling and mixed media, there are around 90 articulated pieces all of which were designed, fabricated, and finished by Julia Benevides.
